Payment data: processed by Stripe — we do not store card details. For lesson packs, your card is securely saved with Stripe to charge each lesson individually as it occurs
Review data: if you submit an external review via a teacher's invite link, the name you provide is displayed publicly alongside your review — you control what name to use

4. Data Sharing
We share your name and profile information with your booked teacher. Public teacher profiles only display the teacher's first name, never their full last name. We use the following third-party services:
Stripe — payment processing (France/USA). For lessons, the teacher is the merchant of record on the transaction; we only collect our service fee
Anthropic — AI-assisted lesson reports and teaching plans generated by teachers (USA)
We do not sell your data to third parties.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time. Message attachments are automatically deleted after 7 days. Profile photos are retained until you replace or remove them.
6. Your Rights (GDPR)
You have the right to: access your data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with the CNIL (Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés).

We use essential cookies for authentication. We use Google Fonts which may set third-party cookies. You can manage cookie preferences via the banner on our homepage.
